The Consortium is independent of the Lancia Owners Club (the LMC) but we have strong links with them and many of our members are also members of the LMC and of the Lancia Fulvia and Gamma registers.

The Consortium is a registered company with limited liability and as such its annual accounts are submitted to Companies House after scrutiny by the members at its Annual General Meeting. The Directors of the Consortium Company are appointed by the members at the Annual Genreral Meeting.
